Abstract: 

The purpose of the current research was to investigate the obstacles to the implementation of school-based management in Iran's educational System based on the interpretive structural modeling approach. The research method was a modeling study. The statistical population of the research was specifically the academic staff members of the university, 25 of whom were purposefully selected from the desired cases. The data collection tool was a researcher-made self-interactive questionnaire. In order to measure and evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, the criterion of content validity was used. The content validity of the questionnaire was 0.96. The data Analysis was done with interpretive structural modeling method. The results of the research showed that 9 factors play a role as barriers to school-oriented management. Also, the results showed that financial obstacles (the cost of school-oriented management), socio-cultural obstacles and political obstacles (political focus on schools by the central government) as key independent variables have high influence power and low dependence. Also, the results showed that the lack of belief in the professional competence of school administrators, the lack of infrastructure facilities, the emphasis of upper management on the supervision and control of schools, and the lack of cooperation of local communities with school-based management as the linking variables with the greatest power of influence and the greatest power of dependence. and the centralism in the education System of the country and the lack of legal powers to school managers and staff as dependent variables have high dependency power and low influence power.

Abstract: 

The city's regeneration is one of the strategies that lead to urban deterioration and inefficient textures towards revitalization. Using Systems thinking on the subject of reinvention can lead to the identification of complex Systems that are considered effective in producing and reproducing worn-out textures. In this regard, this study was to benefit from a Systemic approach in identifying the the roots of the production and reproduction of historical/worn-out textures in Semnan city. The leading research is among the applied research, and in terms of information and data Analysis, it uses the descriptive-analytical method. The tool for collecting information is also in documents and surveys. The statistical population of the research was 18 university professors, experts, and officials familiar with the urban fabric of Semnan, who were selected by the snowball method. In the end, using experts' opinions, 24 variables were selected as effective drivers of Semnan's production-reproduction System of worn tissue. MicMac software was used for structural-interpretive Analysis of variables. The results show that the rules and regulations governing the regeneration of the studied area are the most important and effective factors. Also, the special ownership conditions governing barren, ruined, and ruined lands have caused the private sector to have no incentive to invest in this area and reproduce the existing conditions. With the continuation of the current process, the existing situation is reproduced. Breaking this round of the reproduction process requires a constructive look at the target neighborhoods from the city administration and government agencies, which can provide the basis for the presence of private sector investors in these neighborhoods

Abstract: 

A manipulator mounted on a moving vehicle is called a mobile manipulator. A mobile manipulator with an appropriate suspension System can pass over uneven surfaces, thus having an infinite workspace. If the manipulator could operate while the vehicle is traveling, the efficiency concerning the time and energy used for stopping and starting will be increased. This paper presents the kinematic and dynamic mode ling of a three degrees-of-freedom manipulator attached on a vehicle with three degrees-of-freedom suspension System. The manipulator is a RRR type, with three revolute joints, and the degrees of freedom of vehicle are bounce, pitch, and roll. The vehicle is considered to move with a constant linear speed over an uneven surface while the end effector tracks a desired trajectory in a fixed reference frame. Simulation results for straight-line trajectory are presented.

Abstract: 

Traditionally, contribution of the Motion System in Motion cueing algorithm is carried out by a simplistic representation of a set of operational space related state variables. Neglecting the nonlinear inverse kinematics of the Motion System as the fundamental part of Motion cueing System is an unrealistic simplification with undisclosed consequences. In this paper, the complete Motion cueing (MC) potential of the simulator in a more realistic manner is investigated by directly penalizing the general nonlinear inverse kinematics of the Motion System. The developed real time model predictive control (MPC) Motion cueing strategy enables the faithful reproduction of the perception of Motion along with effectively constricting the Motions within the limited workspace of the Motion System. The partially linearized inverse kinematic model of the Motion System specifically developed for the purpose of this study along with the constant coefficient inverse kinematics model at particular so-called neutral state value are employed to examine the performance of the Motion cueing based on general nonlinear kinematical model. The results of conducted comparative simulations reveal that nonlinear MPC-based Motion cueing algorithm enables more effectively handling the platform workspace while faithfully reproducing the realistic perception of Motion with no complicated computational burden.

Abstract: 

Background: The development of a standard Motion capture System is needed since the measurement of temporomandibular disorders is time-consuming and costly using laboratory tools.Objective: The current study aimed to investigate the mandibular kinematic variables using a regular mobile phone and the Motion Analysis System.Material and Methods: In this quasi-laboratory and comparative study, ten healthy individuals participated, and three mobile cameras, nine red markers, and Kinovea software were also used to investigate the mandibular kinematic variables. Nine light reflective markers were used to check the sensitivity, accuracy, and reliability of the proposed System. The Motion was analyzed using seven Motion Analysis infrared cameras and Qualisys Track Manager (QTM) software. Two other raters analyzed the kinematic variables obtained from the mobile to measure intra- and inter-rater reliability.Results: Pearson’s correlation coefficient was obtained at 0.98, 0.75, 0.98, and 0.96, showing a high correlation. The accuracy and reliability validation tests showed an average error and an accuracy of 0.156 mm and 95%, respectively, with a mobile phone. The Intra Class Correlation coefficient showed a high internal correlation in the mentioned confidence interval (0.98 and 0.81, and 0.96 and 0.97). The intraclass correlation coefficient method also showed 97% inter-raster reliability. Conclusion: Mobile phones as a new System can evaluate the kinematic variables of mandibular disorders with appropriate accuracy and reliability.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

Sadr al-Matahin proposed the movement in the category of substance by proposing the theory of substance movement. But he, like other philosophers, did not accept the movement in other categories, especially in categories whose individuals are gradually acquired; Because movement in them causes the phenomenon of "movement in movement" which is impossible from the point of view of all philosophers. In the meantime, in Allameh Tabatabai's view, the acceptance of essential movement requires the acceptance of the occurrence of some kind of secondary but real movement in all categories of the nine transversal categories. Therefore, in Allameh Tabatabai's view, movement within movement is not only impossible, but it is possible to explain the speed and slowness of movements in the light of acceptance of movement within movement. In this essay, in addition to examining the basics of Allameh Tabatabai in explaining the discussion of Motion in Motion, the views of his students are also examined regarding this issue, and we will see that his students have no fundamental differences with Allameh Tabatabai regarding this theory.
